Bali delivery only
NomadCare delivers exclusively within Bali, Indonesia. We do not ship products by post, courier, or any other method outside of Bali. We do not offer international shipping or inter-island delivery.
How delivery works
Once your order is confirmed via WhatsApp, our team hand-packs your kit and delivers it directly to your villa, hotel, guesthouse, or other accommodation address in Bali. You do not need to be present to receive your delivery — we can coordinate with your property's reception or host.
Delivery timing
We aim to deliver your kit before your arrival date so it is waiting for you when you land. Please place your order at least 24 hours before your arrival to allow us time to prepare and deliver your kit. For same-day requests, message us on WhatsApp and we will do our best to accommodate.
Delivery fee
Delivery is free on all orders, anywhere in Bali.
Delivery areas
We deliver across all areas of Bali, including but not limited to Seminyak, Canggu, Ubud, Kuta, Legian, Nusa Dua, Sanur, Uluwatu, Jimbaran, and surrounding areas. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, message us on WhatsApp before placing your order.
Failed deliveries
If we are unable to locate your address or gain access to your property, we will contact you via WhatsApp. Please ensure your delivery address and any access instructions are accurate when placing your order.
