NomadCare provides curated travel and comfort kits delivered within Bali, Indonesia. We are not a pharmacy or medical provider. All products are general wellness and travel comfort items.
Orders
Orders are placed via our website and confirmed through WhatsApp. A member of our team will confirm your order, delivery address, and arrival date over chat before fulfilling. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.
Delivery
We deliver exclusively within Bali, Indonesia. We do not ship products internationally or domestically by post or courier. Delivery is hand-delivered to your villa, hotel, or accommodation address in Bali. Delivery is free on all orders.
Products
All products are sourced locally in Bali from trusted suppliers. Product images are for illustration purposes only — packaging and brands may vary. All products in our kits are general consumer wellness and travel-comfort items and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. NomadCare does not manufacture, formulate, repackage, relabel or alter any product; every item is delivered in its original, sealed retail packaging carrying the original brand's own labelling and, where required, its Indonesian BPOM registration.

These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bali, Indonesia.
